These are nice stands, Im very happy with them. With that in mind, I thought Id write a review to give a few thoughts. The wire management system could not have been cheaper. They literally found the easiest, cheapest, crapiest way to make it. Its two thin sheets of plastic that are supposed to slide in place but dont. If you get them on, they will probably pop off like mine did. I just took them off and put two small pieces of black duct tape on the back and the wire nor tape is visible. The holes that are pre drilled for the top plate are too fat and once I got the screws in, you could still pull the top right off with ease. I took 2 longer screws and used them, problem solved. I also thought that the base of these would have a little more weight to them. all in all I am happy with this purchase and even though it took a few days to get used to having them, I now love them. They hold the speakers at the perfect height.

Real nice would recomend to a friend goes nice with my definitive 8040 surround speakers. There are very nice stands which compliment my speakers also like the way they hide the speaker wire.

They are sturdy but tall and wobble ever so little. They have a high center of gravity. You need Philips head screw driver for 2 very long screws that hold the base on and slightly shorter screws for top plate. If you do not drill out the holes to slightly larger diameter you will struggle to screw the screws the last 6 mm. They have to be tight or an other point of potential wobble Is introduced. So I got a blister. Maybe an electric screw driver would have worked. Ok I say all this because your suppose to find this kind of furniture easy. Usually you get nice hex screws and they give you a little hex tool. That's a snap to put together because you can turn the tool on it's side and use it to apply more force and you don't have to worry about tearing the head off of a very long Philips head screw. Yes I could have took this down to my shop and it would have been a "snap". But you who have little tools would not hear this. I used the rubber feet not the rug spikes. Seemed to work better for me. They give you both. I used little rubber cushions they gave you for top plate. They also give you spikes for here. I like my speakers too much. They look nice. The box they came in was pretty beat up. One pillar had a slightly scuffed area front curved side. I am over all happy with them for the price. I bought these here on Amazon.
